Mental Agility Workshops

The mental agility workshop is designed for teenagers and aimed at improving mental agility - to build stamina, focus, perseverance, and self-esteem in the sports arena, in social situations, or in academic life. Ultimately, participants will learn strategies and skills to manage anxiety and stress, while improving self-awareness, self-esteem, focus, and mental and emotional stamina. Participants will learn tools and strategies based on mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. The workshop will also normalize many of the intense feelings that many teenagers have, such as anxiety (including sports performance anxiety, social anxiety, or academic anxiety), and make connections with others who may be experiencing similar feelings. 

Breathe to Believe Wellness will travel to bring the workshop to sports team practices or schools to work with small groups.
